QHow are the payment methods and are they secured?

To confirm a booking, full payment or partial payment will be required at the reservation. Payment must be made in the currency specified in this site by charging your credit or debit card and it's 100% safe via our secured online payment system.

QWhich kinds of credit card that you accept?

We accept Visa Card, Master Card, and JCB card.

QOnce payment done, will you send us the service voucher?

A:

We will send you the confirmation with service voucher via email once getting your payment.

Q If I need to cancel in unexpected case, could I receive a refund?

Some bookings or reservations cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee and/or loss of any deposit paid. We recommend that you read the cancellation policy for your choice very carefully. This information will be provided to you during the booking process and before confirmation. Our travel consultant will also provide this in the reservation confirmation sent to you by email.

QCan I change my itinerary?

If you wish to make changes to your booking, it is your responsibility to contact Group Tour Myanmar promptly through this Site or directly to our travel consultant and within the time specified in the confirmation email. Group Tour Myanmar reserves the right to charge additional fees for any changes that may be made to your booking.
